About The Owner

Jocelyn Boudreau, the fourth-generation manager of his family’s meat market in Memramcook. Jocelyn started Jayco as he transitioned from building duplexes to larger developments, such as the 21 unit townhouse on Rue des Élèves in Dieppe.

Jocelyn is drawn to townhouse-style projects so renters can still feel like they have their own house. Our target renters include young families, young professionals, and anyone that is looking to buy, but not ready for a mortgage.

Once this project is complete, Jocelyn’s passion for development will keep growing!
